My name is Clare Madeley and I am the proud owner of Blue Elephant Bakes. I have always had the passion for baking since I was little but it's really been the last 10 years that I have been practicing and creating wonderful cakes. I feel so privileged to have baked for friends and family over the years. It has enabled me to dive deeper into my passion and creativity of cake making and open my own business.

I am dedicated in providing all customers with an excellent level of customer service and strive to create delicious bespoke cakes and cupcakes. I have recently completed my Health and Safety level 2 and Allergen Training. Blue Elephant Bakes is a register business and has a 5 -star food hygiene rating, so you can have complete peace of mind when ordering with me.

Currently we operate collection only, but we are looking into deliveries, so keep an eye out for updates.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide cakes for specific dietary requirements. We will be developing these recipes in the near future, ensuring we produce the highest quality cakes for people with dietary requirements.

Yes, once you have agreed your order an invoice will be issued to you and you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit within seven (7) days of receipt. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks fourteen (14) days before the cake is collected.

If cancellation of the order is required, please read the refund policy which can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

It is at the discretion of the business if we can accommodate any changes to your design once it has already been agreed. Any changes could affect the price originally quoted. We are unable to accept changes within the 14-day period before the order is due for collection.

As our products are bespoke, each cake or cupcake box will be quoted on an individual basis, due to any requests outlined. However, as a guide our starting prices are as follows. Please contact us for a quote based on your individual needs.
